Yes, as long as they are accompanied by their legal guardian at all times and have left the premises by no later than 9pm. Please keep in mind management reserves the right to refuse entry.
YES! As long as there are no wall or ceiling markings, you may decorate.
No, the Uni Pub does NOT allow bucks parties for events.
No, the Uni Pub does not take bookings for 18th birthdays.
We can arrange a personalised sign at the front entrance and a private event sign on your level. Simply let our events team know what you would like it to say.
Our experience is that all the best parties have great music and the best to provide this is with a DJ so if you can afford one – we would recommend it – but all of our areas have separate in-house music and ipod conectivity so you can still have some great music.
Unfortunately not, your DJ will have to bring everything including cables to plug into our system. Connections are either XLR or RCA.
If your event is outside meal times and your guests will be snacking, usually 4-6 items per person should be sufficient. Should your event fall around meal times 7-9 items per person is recommended.
Uni Pub only requires 15 minutes notice to provide a ‘Quick and Easy’ package to your guests.
Yes, You are welcome to bring a cake earlier in the day. We have cold storage and can provide a knife, plates, napkins and forks should you wish.
At least one week prior to your event.
Yes. In our experience nominating times for when your catering comes out prior to your event contributes to your event running smoothly and lets you get on with enjoying the night.

Yes. At minimum a $600 deposit. Payment for catering is required at least one week prior to your event.
Uni Pub can accept cash, bank transfer (prior to your event only), Visa, Mastercard, & AMEX. We do not accept cheques of any kind.
There are a number of ways to get your deposit back after your event.
