All prices are minimum spends.

Minimum Spend

The Uni Pub has no room hire fee as such, instead we ask for a minimum spend for your function.

For example, Elevated Nightclub has a minimum spend of $500 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. This means you need only spend $500 on catering, drinks or a combination of both for exclusive use of the level. Should you spend $400 then a fee of $100 would be charged to make up the minimum spend.

The Uni Pub will provide coloured wristbands to functions on request. These are used to distinguish your guests from the general public in circumstances where bar tabs are running on a bar being shared with the public.

Bond

We require a bond of $200 dollars be paid at least one week prior to your function being held. The bond will be returned after the function provided there has been no damage to the room. We also require the full catering costs to be paid one week prior to your function. Payments can be made by credit card or cash. All cards except Diners are accepted. A credit card will be required from you at the start of your function. This is for any bar tabs that you may run throughout the night, also as security for the minimum spend.

Minors

Minors can attend functions provided they are accompanied by their legal guardians. They must remain under supervision at all times and leave when their guardians leave (must be before 10pm). Under no circumstances are they to consume alcohol.

Drink Prices

Drink prices range from $5 to $6.60 for schooners of tap beer, $5.50 for house wines and sparkling, $6.00* for basic spirits and $3.40 for soft drink and juices.
